Return Policy

GearFront Tactical wants customers to feel confident when ordering from our store.

Return Window
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in original condition may not qualify for a return.

Return Approval
Before sending any item back, customers must contact GearFront Tactical for return approval. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
